This 2nd floor unit is located at the very end of the complex. The back of the building offers some great new picnic tables and green space for enjoying the summer days ahead. When you enter the unit you will enter a light and bright living room. There is a set of sliders that lead to an exterior balcony (these were replaced in 2016). Off the living room is the eat-in kitchen. There are two nice size bedrooms and a full bathroom. Down a level you will find a laundry room with folding table.
